In 2011 the Spirit of the Land Festival is looking forward to working with the wider regions of the Lockhart Shire. We are actively encouraging the other towns within the shire to participate over the festival weekend, staging open gardens, garage sales and other attractions, to promote the entire shire as a great place to visit on the second weekend in October. So check out Yerong Creek, The Rock, and even little Pleasant Hills at www.lockhart.nsw.gov.au to find out what is happening in their towns over the weekend. We will also promote here any attractions they develop to be sure you don't miss a thing on your way to Lockhart.

BECOME A FRIEND OF THE FESTIVAL

Now is your chance to become involved in the Festival. Opportunities are now available to contribute just $40 to become a "Friend of the Festival".

Friends of the Festival are entitled to this fantastic package including -

• Members badge
• Free entry into exhibits saving $5
• “Footlight in Lockhart” Ballroom Dancing on 6^th August. Limited tickets available saving $20
•  Free entry into Launch of the Spirit of the Land Lockhart Festival preview, saving $15
•  Plus one lucky “Friend of the Festival” will be selected as a judge for the festival.
