"Sculptures by the Lagoon" Exhibition
National Farm Art Award first prize of $10,000 and secondary prizes awarded in other categories for sculptures created from recycled or new farm materials or any natural element of the land. Other sculptures in the Garden Art and Silhouettes categories, as well as sculptures displayed but not entered in the National Farm Art Award. Registrations can be made on line.

All day tucker offering a variety of cuisines and dishes to tempt everyone. Enjoy a good ole Aussie BBQ or sausage sizzle or if you would prefer just bring your own hamper and picnic with us. There is also children's entertainment and special treats just for them and families.
This year the "Muddi Markets" will be also attending. These markets are all hand made quality goods. Products are chosen on their quality, uniqueness, creativity and boutique presentation.

Doris Golder Gallery
A feature of the Greens Gunyah Museum, located at the western end of the main street, the Doris Golder Gallery holds a collection of Australia's only wool portraits crafted by Lockhart's own Doris Golder. An award winning collection worthy of a visit, this museum and gallery is open over the entire weekend, 10am to 4pm.
Sunset at Galore Hill
Drive to Galore Hill for a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside with breath taking sunset and sunrise views for those keen artists and photographers.
Tootool Gardens
See the garden paradise created by locals (only six houses in the village). Original artwork in the rotunda and other sculptures. Winner of numerous awards. Just 15 minutes from Lockhart on the road to The Rock.
Heritage Walk
Buy a house for $68 dollars? Not in this decade! But see what settlers outlaid for family homes and businesses earlier this century. Take a leisurely stroll around the streets of Lockhart accompanied by a trusty map, filled with local knowledge of many historical sites. Please contact the office or museum for details.
